Buy a ShackBurger (single, double, or triple) or a Chicken Shack from August 13 through September 1 while logged into a Shake Shack account. After that purchase, Shake Shack sends one follow-up offer: a free Chicken Shack after a ShackBurger purchase, or a free single ShackBurger after a Chicken Shack purchase, each with a $10 minimum. If the qualifying order includes both items, Shake Shack chooses which offer you get. The follow-up offer may take up to 24 hours to appear and is limited to one per user. Redeem the qualifying purchase and the follow-up offer in the Shake Shack app, on shakeshack.com, or at an in-Shack kiosk for pickup or Shake Shack delivery.
